Request Form, Return Goods Authorization
Please read our return policy below before completing the return form below, Thank you.
1. All return request must be approved by Atlanta Light Bulbs Inc. prior to any material being shipped back to Atlanta Light Bulbs Inc. A Return Goods Authroization number will be issued after approval.
2. You must provide either your origional online order confirmation number or the shipping ticket/invoice number. Click here for instructions.
3. All Items must be returned within 30 days from the date an authorization number (RGA) is issued.
4. Please complete the online form below, your request will be answered within 72 hours (this does not include weekends).
Conditions: Request for returns must be made within 7 days of noted delivery by the carrier.Returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge. Merchandise that has been installed or used will not be accepted for return. Merchandise will not be considered for return and credit unless you (the buyer) have prior written approval from Atlanta Light Bulbs Inc. All freight charges for returned merchandise must be prepaid by the shipper. Merchandise returned to Atlanta Light Bulbs without an RGA (Return Goods Authroziation) number will be refused or discarded and no credit issued. In the event of a need for a return or exchange Atlanta Light Bulbs has the right to levy a restocking fee, deny the return or issue an exchange on a product. Special order products that are not in stock at the time of the order are Non Returnable.
